When pregnant it’s hard to lie on your stomach when paddling. Here’s how I do, I paddle in on my knees (using a bit bigger board than I usually do)
I actually even think it helps with SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction/ i.e. normal pregnancy pelvic pain), relieving and loosening up the hips.
